I offer a comprehensive package and a selective list of options for those families who want more narrowed assistance.
Finding the right fit takes time. If you would like your student’s academic profile, goals, interests and character to become criteria for developing a selection of best fit colleges then committing to the comprehensive package is an appropriate choice.
Complimentary Meeting
If you want to learn more about my services, we can arrange a complimentary session to review your family's needs and discuss the general plan that we would follow should we agree to work together.
No specific guidance regarding the college admission process will be provided during this meeting.
Comprehensive Package
This package is appropriate for juniors as well as seniors. Many counselors and educational consultants do not work with seniors because of the time crunch however, I am committed to assisting seniors through their college search journey, too.
Freshmen and sophomores can contract to begin work with me the summer prior to the junior year.
The comprehensive package includes up to seven face-to-face appointments and unlimited phone conversations or email exchanges. Because each student is unique, so is the process that we will experience together. You can expect that some appointments will wrap up within an hour while others will be more lengthy.
Details of the comprehensive package include but are not limited to:
 Review of the overall application process including financial aid
Student and parent evaluations
Assessment of the student’s high school academic and extra-curricular portfolio
Discussion of types of colleges to target based on my student evaluation
Presentation of the college list based on my research
Deadline management for essays, applications, financial aid
Application assistance and guidance (I do not complete the applications)
School visit and interview preparation
Evaluation of schools after the visits and narrowing the college list
Essay guidance and editing (I do not write the essay)
Additional face-to-face appointments can be scheduled at an hourly rate once the seven included appointments are exhausted.

For students wanting a narrow scope of assistance, I offer select services at an hourly rate with payment due at the end of the scheduled appointment. Please call or email me for the current hourly rate.
